Sunday morning in a mud filled garden - meet Teagan and Morwenna. There is another chicken (Demelza) somewhere in the garden - probably following W in the hope of corn falling from the sky.
At the moment they are averaging about three eggs every two days between them - which we’re told is very good for this time of year (it’s winter in the UK). Having said that, we saw the first crocuses flowering this morning, and I am told that they mark the arrival of spring.
Here’s our current stock of eggs - depleted somewhat this morning by eggy bread for breakfast…
