I can’t believe the news stories doing the rounds about Google intentionally storing network data while recording Street View mapping data. They would only have been able to see open wireless networks - if people are too stupid or ignorant to lock their networks down, it’s their own fault.
Google have done no more wrong than you might if you heard half of somebody else’s conversation while walking down the street.
The newspaper journalists have no idea what they are writing about, and the general readership of newspapers have no idea either - it’s the blind leading the blind
